A Thrilling Countdown For Our 7 Week Old Golden Shepherd Puppies

Bradford and Chytta’s 7 week old golden shepherd puppies have us wondering where the summer went, because we honestly cannot believe how fast this litter has grown up! Go home day is September 11, which means we are counting in days now instead of weeks!

The big change this week is that they have started coming out on real walks with us, into the woods and across the meadows, and they absolutely love it. Watching a litter this age pick its way through tall grass and tree roots for the first time never gets old. They are bolder and more curious every single day, and every walk they go a little further before they look back for us!

The rest of the day is spent outside romping with each other, and they are getting properly good at it. This litter arrived on July 17, and these 7 week old golden shepherd puppies have just over a week left with us. If you met them in our last update on this litter, you will hardly recognize how much leg they have grown since. It goes by so quickly. Enjoy the photos!
