We’re so excited to introduce you to Emmy, the newest member of our Windy Knoll family! Emmy is a beautiful Bernese Mountain Dog with a sweet, gentle personality and the classic Bernese look—her striking tri-color coat and calm nature make her stand out wherever she goes.
Emmy has already captured our hearts with her affectionate, playful spirit. She’s quickly become part of daily life here, enjoying time outdoors, exploring the fields, and spending quiet moments with us.
In the future, Emmy will be paired with one of our Golden Retrievers to introduce Golden Mountain Dogs (sometimes called Golden Bernese). This hybrid combines the loyal, gentle nature of the Golden Retriever with the majestic, steady presence of the Bernese Mountain Dog.

We’re thrilled to be expanding into this wonderful combination, knowing Emmy will help us bring even more joy and companionship to families in the years ahead.
This is just the beginning for Emmy! We’ll be sharing updates as she grows, and when the time comes, she’ll play a big role in the start of our Golden Mountain Dog program here at Windy Knoll.

I’m so excited about Emmy as I currently have one of your goldens, Cooper. He is 7 and the best dog! We are thinking about a future dog and a Bernese mountain dog is in our thoughts along with another golden .I can’t wait to follow Emmys journey and see the outcome !
