As the leaves begin to turn here in Maine, we’re looking forward to something extra special — Florence’s upcoming litter of English Cream Golden Retriever puppies, due around October 15th!

Florence has always had a quiet, gentle spirit, and this season she’s preparing to welcome her next litter. Her pairing with Freddy makes this announcement even more exciting. Freddy is steady, affectionate, and shares many of the same qualities that make English Cream Golden Retrievers so beloved.

Why English Cream Golden Retrievers Are So Special

English Creams aren’t a separate breed — they are Golden Retrievers whose lineage traces back to Europe. Known for their pale coats, blocky heads, and stockier build, these dogs also have a reputation for being gentle, calm, and deeply loyal.
