Puppy Reservations and Purchases
Every puppy reservation and sale is governed by our Sales Contract, which sets out the full terms of each reservation and sale. If anything on this page differs from the Sales Contract, the Sales Contract applies.
SMS Terms
- Program: Windy Knoll Goldens customer care text messages.
- What you will receive: Texts about your puppy reservation, puppy photos and updates, pickup and delivery scheduling, and replies to your questions.
- How you opt in: By checking the text consent box on our reservation form, by texting our business number first, or by agreeing verbally during a phone call with us. Opting in is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, call 207-977-2300, or email [email protected].
- Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
