Two Week Old Puppies

Jenny’s puppies turned two weeks old on Saturday, and have grown cuter with each passing day! Their soft blue eyes are now open, taking in the great world around them as fast as their plump tiny legs can scoot them here and there! Quiet, petite squeaks and murmurs indicating a newborn pup are now giving way to vigorous, strengthening puppy talk, especially when a puppy feels in desperate need of a meal immediately!

Jonathan shared a nice snuggling time with one of the largest and darkest members of the litter – this sweet young male.

Jenny is taking good care of her young ones. It won’t be long, however, before she will be happy to take a break now and then, as the puppies grow larger and more vigorous.

It’s a tiring job being a puppy – so much nursing, sleeping, and cuddling to keep up with!
